Ben Heinrich

Ben is a well-known and highly regarded real estate expert in the Carmel area, covering Carmel-by-the-Sea, Pebble Beach, Carmel Valley, Big Sur, and the Monterey Peninsula. With 45+ years of living and working in this beautiful area, he brings significant expertise and local insight to his clients, enriching their buying and selling experiences.

Raised in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, he attended the University of Oklahoma, where he met his wife, Carole. Following five years of Air Force Jet Instructor pilot training, Ben and Carole moved to the Monterey Peninsula.

He currently serves on the Board of the Carmel Bach Festival and is proud to have founded an annual local poetry competition for Monterey County students.
He is a recognized leader in marketing healthier homes and smart home technologies, and his latest passion is studying and teaching the complexities of California water and housing development. Ben’s favorite activities include piano, poetry, gardening, reading, fly fishing, playing golf, and enjoying time with Carole, their son Grant, and their two grandsons.
